How to Claim

Thank you for your purchase! When you have a defective part during warranty period (in general, this is one year from the date of purchase), please contact our Customer Service Department at our email address: kaicheng@cyl-val.com as soon as possible.

Please include the following information when requesting a replacement:

Product model.
Product serial number
Point out the detective parts name or position, if this is not practical, please describe the problems which you experice with.

At first, we will immediately ship you a replacement by courier, and then notify the Return Authorization Number to your email address or fax to you.

Please send your original defective item back with Return Authorized Number wrote on the outside of the package.

Return your package to the agents nearest with you, or address listed below. You must send your package via UPS, Federal Express, or other tracking system, within 14 days after receipt of replacement, or we will bill you for the replacement.
